  1. […] But still, they’ve got an intriguing offer — unlimited mobile 3G for cheap! {via} […]

  2. can i know… what the condition for broadband package.. if customer want to terminated…

  3. nas,

You will have to walk into either the customer service in Berjaya Times SQ or Sunway Pyramid to cancel. Depending on what service package you have previously subscribe, you MIGHT have to pay for the remainder balance of your monthly service contract (12 months).

  4. I am presently a subcriber of U-Surf Band services since June 08. The U-Surf band no is 018-2094610 The location of the usage is at Jalan Gerbang Ampang Hilir. Th strength of the signal is not that as expected. However, I continue the usage though sometimes needs to tolerate the lost of signal or interruption of the services.

Nevertheless, on the 5th June 09, I have moved in to new area, Gita Baju , somewhere near the old serdang area where I could not find any U mobile signal to continue the usage of the network. I have called up last month before I move to the new place and your stuff were not sure whether the signal is good.

Since I could not find any signal in the area, I would like to terminate the contract service with U mobile. There are two main reasons to support this action.

    1. Without sending the bill to me promptly but terminated my connection service before payment due date. So far, I received only three bills since I signed up the contract. I received the last bill on the 26th May 09 and the payment due date was 6th June 09. The service was interrupted on the 22nd May. I was very annoy about this kind of service attitude

    2. The main reason, I could not continue to use the service now due to your poor coverage in the area I moved in. It is not fair to me to continue the plan but unable to use the service.

As since, I shall pay up the outstanding amount until 22 May 09. Kindly advice how should the modem be returned to your office.

    Regards!

    Chia

  5. Chia,

We are not the U Mobile customer service so there is basically nothing much I can do to help.

You can however walk-in to the 2 customer service centre to make your claim/enquiries. One in Berjaya TImes Sq (Grd Floor) and another in Sunway Pyramid (Near the bowling centre).
