Did you know that you can simply append “&fmt=18″ (without quote) to the end of the URL.
Example:
Low quality video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B67dAQshPk8
High quality video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B67dAQshPk8&fmt=18
